Eligibility for Return

- Be unworn, unused, and still have the original tags attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Upon approval of your return request, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions for returning the item. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Exceptions & Non-returnable Items

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the unwanted item and make a separate purchase for the replacement item once your return is processed.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
